Ein ruhiges privates
Grundstück von 5,2 Hektare mitten in geschützter Natur
( Natura 2000 ) . Wir bieten Ferienhaus und Angeln in Frankreich
an. Ideal für Angler, Ruhesuchende, Naturliebhaber und Familien
Urlaub. Die 3 Seen liegen südlich in der Elsass Region. Der
Ort bietet auch viel mehr an für alle Alter.
Kein maßen Angeln, nur für die Gäste von unserem
komfortablen Chalet neben dem größten See.
Unser Grundstück liegt im Südlichen teil von Elsass
zwischen Belfort und Mulhouse neben einem kleinen Dorf, dass Petitefontaine
heißt. Die größte statt ist Masevaux und befindet
sich 6 km von den Chalets.
Es ist ein teil von dem Doller Tal in der nähe der Vogesen
berge. In einer Stunde sind sie and der Deutsche, Schweizerische
Grenzen oder am Basel-Mulhouse Flughaffen. Wir haben 3 Angelseen,
einer ist 2,5 Hektare groß und die zwei anderen sie 0,5
Hektare groß. Der Größte See ist 2,00 Meter tief.
Das milde Klima und reiche Gewässer ermögliche unseren
Fische schnell groß und stark zu werden, ins besonderem
die Karpfen, in den Seen haben wir aber auch anderen fisch arten
wie Graß Karpfen, hechte, Zander, Barsche, Plötze und
Schleien.
Einige Karpfen und Hechte sind sehr groß! Das Chalet hat
3 Schlafzimmern, gut ausgestatet Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Fernsehen,
Badezimmer, WC und Terrasse und ist bis zu 6 Personen geeignet.

A quiet and peaceful
private property surrounded by protected nature ( Natura 2000
) and woodland. We offer lodging and fishing in France in a perfect
place for anglers, their family and nature lowers. The area is
13 acres big with 3 lakes established 400 years ago. The Area
south of the famous Alsace region offers also a lot more for all
ages. No mass fishing, only for the guests of our comfortable
and well equipped chalet close to the edge of the biggest lake.
Our property is located in the Southern part of Alsace between
Belfort and Mulhouse, the closest village is Petitefontaine (
150 habitants ) and the closest town is Masevaux ( 6 km from the
chalets ). It is part of the Vallée de la Doller and close
to the Vosges mountains. You can as well reach Germany, Switzerland
or the Basel-Mulhouse airport in 1 hour. We have 3 lakes, one
around 6 acres and two around 1 acre big. The biggest lake is
up to 2,00 meters deep. The mild climate and rich waters enable
our fishes to grow big and strong, especially the mirror, common
and grass carps but the lakes contain as well other species such
as pike, pike-perch, perch, roach and tench.
Some of the carps and pikes are really big ! The chalet has with
3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen including cooking utensils,
living room with TV, bathroom, toilets and terrace can easily
welcome up to 6 guests.

de Metiquay !
Une propriété
privée en pleine nature protégée ( Natura
2000 ) au calme. Nous offrons la location du chalet et possibilité
de pêche dans un endroit idéal pour pécheurs,
leur famille ou simplement pour amoureux de nature.
Sur 5,2 hectares nos trois étangs construit il y a 400
ans vous attendent.
La région entre l’Alsace et le Territoire de Belfort
aux pieds des Vosges offre bien plus pour tous les ages.
Pas de pêche de masse, uniquement pour nos locataires du
chalet confortable et bien équipe situe près de
l’étang.
La propriété se situe entre l’Alsace et le
Territoire de Belfort aux pieds des Vosges près du petit
village de Petitefontaine. La ville la plus proche est Masevaux
( 6 km du chalet ). Elle fait partie de la Vallée de la
Doller aux pieds du massif Vosgiens. La frontière avec
la Suisse et L’Allemagne ainsi que l’aéroport
de Bale-Mulhouse sont à une heure de route. Le plus grand
de nos trois étangs a une superficies de 2,5 hectares alors
que les deux étangs restant ont une superficie de 50 ares
chacun. Le climat doux et la richesse de la nourriture permettent
une bonne croissance des poissons en particulier des carpes et
des brochets. Dans nos étangs se cachent également
des carpes amour, des perches, sandres, tanches et gardons.
Certaines carpes atteignent un poids supérieur à
20 Kg
